Actress Jennifer Eliogu On Her Marriage Crash Rumor
Actress Jennifer Eliogu is one of the few Nollywood stars who are married to non-Nigerians. i.e she has (or had) an inter-continental marriages.
But lately, there has been rumors flying around that her acclaimed rosy 7 year old marriage is not as rosy as she claimed afterall. the rumor is that the marriage is over.
But as many of them do, she has blatantly denied the rumor, terming it as false. in her words..
As I told you – my husband is based in Switzerland, and after some years there, we reached the painful but practical decision that I should move back to Nigeria to continue my career in acting. I do not have problems with an inter-continental marriage, but in my own case, I did not want to be a full time house wife.
“My husband is very comfortable with my decision, and it has not affected our marriage in any way. Yes, as with most marriages, we have had our fair share of challenges, but overall, my husband is the best man I could ever aspire to have and seven years after we got married, the flame of passion remains the same.”
But when recently asked about the rumor that her marriage crashed by Vanguard, the plus sized actress looked like someone who got punched in the midsection. and said “It is not true. We are still married, but I have already told you we have challenges and we are working around those challenges.”
Anyways,if the marriage has not crashed just as she claimed, i pray it doesn't, and if it has and she is not ready to say it because she is still hoping for restoration, well i pray that restoration will come, and that joy will be in her home.
