This is billionaire celebrity designer Vera Wang, and this is the outfit she wore to André Leon Talley's Little Black Dress and Lacroix's Schiaparelli unveiling.
she obviously designed the dress.. but this belt..is a NO-NO. it is simply horrendous (Pardon my Jamican slang..lol), and it looks absolutely ugly on her.
so what do you think.would you rock this, and do you think its a Hit or a huge miss?
