That is the Kaduna state Governor, Mukhtar Yero,in the above photo, visiting some of the victims of Wednesday July 23rd bomb blast in Kaduna state ....

Your guess is as good as mine. is that a HOSPITAL? for crying out loud the lives of these survivors are not safe. they can easily be infected with serious bacteria/virus from this same pathetic looking hospital. i wouldn't even treat my pet in this thing called a hospital...The governor should be ashamed of himself...how can you call yourself a governor of a whole state, and this is what you have to offer your people in terms of health care....#shamefulMuch!

Y'all governors that leave your people to die like fowl because of lack of good health care amenities should be ashamed of yourselves. and if any of your kids just sneeze, they are off to Germany for treatment!
