He rode this horse to the APC secretariat, to submit his nomination form.. i guess the secretariat is close to wherever he started riding that horse from..
it would have been really hilarious, riding that horse from Lekki , to Ibafo..hehe(just thinking)

btw, what's with the guy in suit and black''googles'' i guess that's his bodyguard.
