Nigerian army denies that Cameroon is conducting air strikes on Bokoharam.

What i dont understand is how another country can conduct airstrikes on Nigeria's soil and our army won't be aware of it..They are even 'investigating' the matter!! goes to show the level of incompetence..Because i don't know what is there to be investigated. its either the air strikes were conducted or they weren't.
