PDP aspirant caught in Enugu with 4000 PVS.

Hmnn.. who know how many of his kind was not caught...this elections is just.... should i say a sham?....smh

And to think that he was a former state commissioner, and even contesting for a senatorial seat in the just concluded polls....This is a BIG shame!
