Think Pink Day: How to check for , and avoid breast cancer.

It was Pink day today at my work place. The reason for 'Pinkyfying' the place was because we need everyone to know about the deadly breast cancer disease,and how it can be avoided, or caught at early stages.
As many of us know, October is the breast cancer awareness month, the message is that every woman should be aware of what is going on in their bodies, especially the breast. this is because breat cancer has become prevalkent of late,a nd it is as deadly as death itself.  the above picture illustrates how best to check or examine our breasts to check for lumps..
When lumps are caught early, chances of survival is very high, besides its better to check to know if the lump found is cancerous or non-malignant.
Its better to be safe than to be sorry. kindly pass the message to all the women in your life.. Ladies should check on their boobs, atleast once in a week.
By the way, a small percentage of men are also prone to having the breast cancer. so dear men, please check yourselves too!
