Do FRSC officers now carry guns??

People should be careful of all these uniformed men that are not licensed to carry weapons..
To the best of my knowledge, FRSC officials are not supposed to carry guns..

Well, with the smile on his face and the pose, i think he is just posing with his friend's gun.. Hopefully..
